We had some friends over for dinner and I wanted to do something different. I found this broccoli recipe that you make in your slow cooker. Perfect! Granted, it doesn't look the most appetizing, but it tastes great, even though I cooked it way too long. You can find the recipe here at my favorite CrockPotting blog. I used Havarti cheese because that's what I had, but next time I'll try one of the ones she mentioned. Enjoy! Be forewarned... your house will smell like broccoli. Not just a little bit.

Crockpot Broccoli Casserole
We had some friends over for dinner and I wanted to do something different. I found this broccoli recipe that you make in your slow cooker. Perfect!
