Slow-Cooker Lasagna

This is one of those recipes that makes me feel like a "good" mom... When the day is stressful, the kids want to play outside all day, the Christmas cookies need to be baked, etc. this is a recipe that can be whipped up in no time and is way better than another meal from a drive-through window.

The Slow-Cooker Lasagna recipe can be found here. I made it one time with spinach and this time with just cheese. The spinach got kind of funky from cooking all day, but the plain cheese lasagna was really good. Seriously. I don't imagine ever going back to making lasagna the traditional way.
