Down-Home Macaroni and Cheese

A recipe for mac and cheese that uses Velveeta. I know some people are opposed to it, but I say that sometimes you just need to embrace the processed cheese. This recipe is great, although my picky kids were less than excited to see something other than the blue box. You can find this recipe here. I found that I needed to add more milk than called for, but other than that, no changes needed.

I think the Ritz really make the meal. Good luck just using six.
