Triple-Chocolate Cherry Bars

For our Valentine's Day dessert, I decided to try this recipe from Betty Crocker. It was so easy and came out great. For my picky eaters, I frosted only half of the cake, as you can see. You can find the recipe HERE.

If you don't want to use a container of frosting, or don't have it on hand, try this SUPER EASY recipe for fudge frosting that I make quite often (probably too often, but that's another story).

Quick Fudge Frosting

• 1 c. sugar
• 5 T butter
• 1/3 c. milk (any kind)
• 1 c. chocolate chips

In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk; boil mixture for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chips. Stir until smooth. Pour over cake. Easy, right???
